System 3R 3R-6.321-HS compatible Rotating Spindle ER16
The RHS Rotating Spindle ER16 is a precision electrical spindle developed for holding and rotating round electrodes in EDM machining applications. It is designed as a compatible alternative to the System 3R® 3R-6.321-HS Rotating Spindle.
The spindle accommodates round electrodes from Ø0.5 mm to Ø10 mm through its ER16 collet system. With an adjustable rotational speed range of 200–2000 rpm, it allows the electrode to rotate continuously during EDM operations, supporting uniform machining and controlled flushing around the electrode.
