Description
The RHS-T152AL is a customized T-style EDM electrode holder designed for applications requiring a larger mounting platform than a conventional electrode holder.
Its 152.4 mm aluminum T-bar provides an extended mounting surface with four M6 mounting positions, allowing customized electrodes, fixtures, or other application-specific tooling to be securely attached. The production drawing shows the four M6 mounting locations distributed symmetrically along the T-bar.
The holder is supplied with a pre-mounted Macro 54 mm pallet, creating a complete workholding assembly. This eliminates the additional step of sourcing and mounting a separate pallet and allows the completed holder to be installed directly into a compatible Macro chuck.
The RHS-T152AL is particularly suitable when an EDM application requires an extended electrode mounting area or multiple attachment points while retaining the convenience and repeatability of a Macro 54 mm interface.
