Description

The RHS-WA105 is a precision adjustable workpiece holder designed for Wire EDM (WEDM) machining applications. Its adjustable clamping arrangement allows workpieces within a 50?100 mm clamping range to be securely positioned for EDM operations.

The holder is manufactured from martensitic stainless steel and undergoes heat treatment, vacuum quenching, and cold processing to achieve a hardness of HRC 50?55. This construction provides the rigidity, wear resistance, and durability required for precision workholding applications.

The adjustable clamping screws provide flexibility for positioning and securing different workpiece geometries. The fixture is particularly suited for holding components that have already undergone milling and grinding operations and require subsequent Wire EDM machining.

With a slim 25 mm body thickness and an approximately 105 mm internal working opening, the RHS-WA105 provides workpiece access while maintaining a rigid supporting structure.
