Description
The RHS-S217-1 3R-Block Macro is the Rapid Holding Systems version of System 3R® 3R-217-1, designed to provide a versatile and accurate workholding solution for EDM and precision machining applications.
The chuck can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the machine table, allowing the workpiece orientation to be adapted to different machining requirements. It can also be incorporated into a Wire EDM system with the aid of a 3R-SP6435 compatible setup.
The indexing mechanism provides 24 fixed positions at 15° intervals, allowing controlled rotational positioning of the workpiece. A vernier scale assists with accurate angular setting. With a 6 kN clamping force and recommended tightening torque of 6 Nm, the RHS-S217-1 provides secure and repeatable clamping for demanding machining applications.
