Erowa Compatible Round Stock Electrode Holder – RHS-E-CH0.505

The RHS-E-CH0.505 is a customized aluminum electrode holder designed specifically for mounting 0.500-inch (1/2-inch) round electrode stock in EDM machining applications.

The holder incorporates a 0.505-inch center bore, providing clearance for inserting nominal 0.500-inch diameter round electrode material. The electrode can then be securely positioned within the holder for electrode preparation and EDM machining.

For convenient integration into existing workholding setups, the RHS-E-CH0.505 is supplied with an Erowa-compatible ITS 50 pallet pre-mounted at the bottom. The holder and pallet are delivered as a complete assembly, eliminating the need to separately purchase, mount, and align a pallet.

Once the electrode stock is installed and secured, the assembly is ready to run in a compatible Erowa ITS workholding system, helping reduce electrode setup and preparation time.
