Additional terms are not binding unless agreed to by an officer of Rapid Holding Systems in a separate writing. We reserve the right to decline fulfilling orders at our discretion.
Our catalogs of products, parts, machinery system and product ordering hierarchy (the “RHS Catalogs”) constitute original works and selections and arrangements of data compiled by Rapid Holding Systems, and are protected works and compilations under the Copyright Act. All rights in RHS Catalogs are reserved by RHS. You shall use Rapid Holding Systems Catalogs solely to purchase products.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3- WARRANTY
Rapid Holding Systems Ltd. warranties product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Rapid Holding Systems and its Authorized Service Centers.
This warranty does not apply to accessories. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary country to country and state to state. Should you have questions, contact Rapid Holding systems at [email protected]
We provide you with access to Used Tooling. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to used tooling. All Used tooling are final sales and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.
SECTION 4- LIMITED LIABILITY
RHS maximum liability to you for any aspect of our products and services will be limited to the amount of fees paid to RHS for such products and services. In any action, claim, loss or damage arising out of this engagement, you agree that RHS liability will be several and not joint and several. In no event shall RHS be liable for consequential, special, indirect, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, costs, expenses or losses (including, without limitation, lost profits and opportunity costs). For purposes of this paragraph, the term RHS shall include its associated entities and their respective partners, directors, officers and employees. This shall apply regardless of the form of action, damage, claim, liability, cost, expense or loss, whether in contract, statute, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise.
Rapid Holding Systems must not be responsible for mechanical or electrical breakdowns, strikes, labor slowdowns, war, terrorism, riots, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God or any other forces beyond the reasonable control of Rapid Holding Systems, LTL shipments and other non-scheduled carriers, back ordered items, replacement orders, new accounts (first order), orders requiring credit review.
SECTION 5- RETURN POLICY
At Rapid Holding Systems, we prioritize transparency and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. When you make a purchase on our platform, it is important to familiarize yourself with the rules and guidelines we have established for our community. As such, we kindly inform you that our RHS Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy does not apply to vendor products. In order to obtain accurate information regarding the Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy for specific vendor products, we encourage you to directly reach out to the respective vendor. By contacting them and asking any relevant questions, you can ensure that you have a clear understanding of their individual policy. We believe in facilitating open communication between our customers and vendors, as this allows for a personalized approach to addressing any concerns or inquiries regarding the return or exchange of products. By directly engaging with the vendor, you can obtain precise details about their policy, including any applicable timeframes, restocking fees, or responsibilities related to shipping costs. Except as otherwise provided, no material will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of shipment. To return merchandise, you must call RHS at 519-999-9723 for a Return Authorization number. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges for returned items must be prepaid. No return of altered or etched items. A re-stocking charge may be applied. It is customer’s responsibility to inspect the packages and Goods immediately when received and let us know if there are any damaged goods or packaging immediately after receipt.
SECTION 6- REFUND POLICY
Rapid Holding Systems offers store credit by issuing a valid coupon applicable on checkout. We do not offer cash back or refund to credit card. We offer replace of items in case of defective and damaged goods within 30 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Return of items without technical issues or for any other factory defects will incur restocking fees. There is a 20% restock fee if the item is returned due to customer error. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of your error. Reach [email protected] for evaluation and restocking fee information.
SECTION 7- SHIPPING
When you buy an item on Rapid Holding Systems, you’re agreeing to the rules we’ve set out for our community. RHS Shipping is not applicable on vendor products. Reach out to the vendor and ask a question to confirm the shipping policy of their products. Please note that our shipping policy may vary for different vendors and their respective products. We strive to offer worldwide shipping for most items, but there may be restrictions or limitations on certain products due to legal or logistical reasons. It is important to reach out to the vendor directly to ensure that the item you are interested in can be shipped to your desired destination.
When you place an order, the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose will determine the estimated shipping and delivery dates. We want to provide you with the most accurate information regarding the arrival of your purchase, and we will do our best to ensure that you are informed about the estimated timeline. Additionally, it is important to note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. This means that the cost of shipping may be determined by the weight of the item. You can find the weight of each product on its detail page, allowing you to have a clear understanding of the shipping cost based on the weight of the item you wish to purchase. For international shipments, please be aware that it is the customer’s responsibility to determine if there are any taxes or import duties applicable to the item. You may need to make arrangements to clear and pay these fees if they are applicable.

UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL other package carriers & Prepaid Shipments: Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on the delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be called into Rapid Holding Systems at 1-519-999-9723 or e-mailed to [email protected] within 7 calendar days. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the packages and Goods immediately when received and let us know if there are any damaged goods or packaging immediately after receipt.
Signup to the tracking Information immediately on receipt. Delay more than 5 days from the expected arrival must be informed to Rapid Holding Systems at 1-519-999-9723 or email to [email protected]. Lost shipments booked from customers shipping account are not Rapid Holding Systems responsibility.
SECTION 8 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

SECTION 11- PRICE MATCH POLICY
Rapid Holding Systems makes sure that you’ll get the best prices in the North American Market. We price match almost everything we sell. The Price match Guarantee applies to items sold and shipped by Rapid Holding Systems. The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to items sold and shipped by Marketplace sellers and used tooling. Price match must be done within 30 days of receiving the item.
Competitor must be an authorized reseller – whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. If our competitor has a bonus offer with an item that we carry, we will match the competitor’s price and provide the identical bonus item where possible. The price match guarantee does not apply to competitors’ advertised tooling that states “limited quantities,” “clearance,” “close-outs,” “bankruptcies” or special events sales. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to an individual customer. We do not match typographical errors in competitors’ advertisements. OEM, Government and Educational prices may be excluded. This also applies to typographical errors found on our website. Prices do not include applicable taxes if any. We reserve the right to modify the terms of our price match guarantee from time to time.
SECTION 12 – TAX
We apply a uniform 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) to all customers across Canada, based on FOB origin terms. This means the sale is considered to occur at our Ontario location, and the 13% HST is applied regardless of the customer’s provincial location. Please note that this tax is only applicable to Canadian customers. Canadian customers may be eligible to claim a refund of this tax from the government, depending on individual circumstances and provincial regulations.
Customers ordering from the United States, Mexico, and any other country outside of Canada are not subject to Tax. These orders are tax-free. Please be aware that any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
